Since we opened our doors in 2013, IT SUPPORT ALBANIA has served hundreds of clients and currently manages hundreds of devices in the TIRANA area. We think it says a lot that a great percentage of our clients is repeat or follow-on business from jobs well done. Once you come on as a customer we will deploy our agents to your computers so that we can begin performing our work. The first step includes a full network audit and lockdown, including removal of any unwanted access from previous IT personnel and/or employees. We will also commence gathering the information needed to generate your weekly and monthly reports.
We will show your users how to get a hold of us, including how to submit service tickets and even attach screenshots. We can be as hands on or off as you want – but we generally prefer to be hands on – we love people as much as we love computers.
