How it works?

Whether your company just wants the proactive maintenance or a full blown managed service provider with security and backups built in we have a plan that will fit your needs. Once you find the plan that fits your needs, one of our representatives will get together with you to finalize the signup process.


Once you come on as a customer we will deploy our agents to your computers so that we can begin performing our work. The first step includes a full network audit and lockdown, including removal of any unwanted access from previous IT personnel and/or employees. We will also commence gathering the information needed to generate your weekly and monthly reports.

Using the HelpDesk?

We will show your users how to get a hold of us, including how to submit service tickets and even attach screenshots. We can be as hands on or off as you want – but we generally prefer to be hands on – we love people as much as we love computers. Enjoy! – Now that you have an IT department you can get back to what it is you do, even if that means a day at the golf course, we won’t judge.
